Last Sunday I attended WordCamp San Francisco, and learned about all things WordPress and more. One of the speakers was Heather Gold talking about tummeling and social media. I got to speak with her after wards during happy hour and asked about Twitter, because I can't seem to figure out how to use it effectively.

She said I should tweet 10 times a day for 3 weeks!

Wow - that's a challenge I've decided to take, but not everyday. I'm not plugged into my smart phone 24/7... I don't even have a smart phone! YET! Instead I've decided to TWEET during studio sessions. I often have short thoughts and snip-its of discovery while I'm improvising and creating my quilts. Twitter seems like a great vehicle for documenting this and putting out the call to other crafty chicas!
