Learn to collaborate with the given architecture of clothing, as the score for your improvisation —pockets, plackets, necklines, cuffs, the curves of sleeves and pants— to discover and express unexpected geometries, meanings, and memories. Learn ruler-free piecing techniques, deconstruction strategies for preserving architectural elements, and how to stabilize and combine diverse materials.
